Role and Responsibilities
A Snapshot of Your Day
We are seeking a talented Assistant Product Manager for Sell-Out, who will take ownership in product management for the Visual Display category by developing product strategy, managing product launches, Supply Chain Management, P&L, price positioning, and so on for the business area managed by Samsung Gulf. They will also be developing, monitoring and expanding the business in the market, as well as supporting the Head of Product Management & Business Head in various aspects of Product Management.

How You Will Make An Impact

Product Management

  • Product portfolio/mix management, pricing strategy development
  • Forecasting and reporting in various aspects of product management (e.g. sales, inventory, etc.)
  • Product specification update and maintenance
  • Sample management

Marketing & Promotion

  • UAE & GCC countries sales promotion development
  • Marketing strategy, product positioning and defining target market
  • Product launch management, including LLP (local launching plan) development, and target launch date

Reporting & Analysis

  • Goal and KPI management for business and product marketing
  • SCM forecasting, preparation of Sub/RHQ/HQ reporting
  • P&L management, market assessment
  • Full P&L ownership, trend analysis, competitive landscape, monitoring roadmap

What You’ll Need

  • Must hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5-7 years of experience in a Product Management role
  • Understanding of the Consumer Electronics market dynamics and technology
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively present information to top management, public group and or client
  • Computer literate and advanced user of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
