This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 2 years JobType: full-time We are looking for a driven Assistant Product Marketing Manager who takes true ownership of product marketing initiatives. This role goes beyond promotion—you will play a key part in positioning an AI-powered product, building market awareness, and driving qualified lead generation that supports business growth. Rather than focusing on fixed years of experience, this role values problem-solving ability, product mindset, and execution ownership. You’ll thrive if you enjoy experimenting, learning fast, and taking initiative in a dynamic, founder-led environment. Key Responsibilities Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for an AI-based SaaS platform. Craft clear, compelling product messaging and positioning for different customer segments. Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across organic and paid channels. Own and optimize the end-to-end marketing funnel, from awareness through conversion. Independently identify, test, and scale new marketing opportunities and channels. Collaborate closely with design, content, and technical teams to execute campaigns effectively. Track campaign performance, analyze results, and share actionable insights and recommendations. What We’re Looking For Strong ability to market and promote products, particularly SaaS or digital tools (agency experience is a plus, not mandatory). A self-starter mindset with the ability to learn quickly and solve problems without detailed instructions. Excellent communication, storytelling, and positioning skills. High level of ownership and comfort working independently. Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, evolving, and low-structure environment. Preferred / Nice to Have Experience marketing to SaaS or D2C audiences. Understanding of SEO, CRO, and growth marketing concepts. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
