REQUIREMENTS

  • High school Diploma or GED
  • Some exposure to office administration setting
  • Exposure to materials or manufacturing environment
  • Must be able to work in a high noise, high volume manufacturing environment with exposure to heavy equipment and potential shop hazards.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Production Clerk where necessary.
  • Assist in entering work orders and back orders in a timely manner.
  • Manually update the work orders to an open capacity time or day.
  • Assist in communication with Customer Service Dept regarding changes in order expectations.
  • Check all pertinent information necessary for production.
  • Update and track status of open sales orders with WIP for Production Control.
  • Review and report on production dispatch execution.
  • Review ERP supply exceptions.
  • Ensure that the work capacity center is not over-booked.
  • Additional responsibilities and duties as assigned.
