We have over 40 years of experience growing plants on hundreds of acres, servicing Garden Centers in large mass-market retailers across the country. Nature’s Way is always looking for talented individuals to join our multicultural team. Our Production department is currently seeking an experienced, hands-on Assistant Manager who is ready to lead, motivate, and build strong, high-performing teams.

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Production Assistant Manager to lead, train and be an integral part of our outdoor production team and has experience managing field crews in industries such as agriculture, construction, or similar labor-intensive fields. In this role, you’ll be directly responsible for overseeing and motivating a diverse crew of workers to ensure that production targets, safety and quality standards are met.

QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY SKILLS:

· A solid understanding of production processes gained through work experience or education.
· Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
· Written and verbal communication skills.
· Analytical skills to evaluate performance data and make informed decisions
· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
· Valid Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required for insurance purposes.
· Bilingual preferred

• Train and mentor staff on production techniques, quality assurance, and safety protocols.
• Analyze production data and report on progress toward goals.
