As a growing and successful local employer our client is looking for an experienced Supervisor to join their team.
The products are exciting and offer customers a range which stands out within the industry. The aim is to continue to move forward and to do this we need the right Management team around us to compliment our products. Much of the job is based around planning and product management along with working with the Production Manager to ensure we get the best out of our people and ensure people are happy and successful within their roles.

Our shifts run on a pattern of 4 days on, 4 days off, 4 nights on, 4 off which will give you time to ensure the garden looks amazing and you have time for the gym every day (if you wish). You will also need your own transport due to the location of the site.
If you are an experienced Supervisor or Manager who has skills in Managing a busy Production area and getting the very best out of people and assisting in developing them then we would like to speak to you
