MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in Engineering Maintenance Services and 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Own transport preferred.

• Lead the Production Division in aligning business plans with company goals, focusing on growth, resource development, and process improvement.
• Oversee personnel management, including recruitment, training, and succession planning for the division.
• Actively participate in company committees and foster team cohesion and discipline.
• Manage internal and external communication effectively, ensuring clear and concise exchanges.
• Lead a team of managers, delegating tasks, managing budgets, and overseeing departmental projects.
• Ensure production operations meet customer requirements, with high standards for quality, safety, and compliance.
• Efficiently deploy resources, plan jobs, and liaise with customers and subcontractors.
• Conduct training, evaluate project performance, and continuously improve production processes and work methods.
• Monitor project costs, maintain efficiency, and support the implementation of the IMS system for continuous improvement.
• Perform internal audits, develop production standards, and represent the COO when required.
