REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 Years of relevant working experience in food manufacturing industry
• Good interpersonal skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
• Leadership skills to manage a team
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of ISO22000 or HACCP would be an advantage
• Basic knowledge of MS Office

• Plan and oversee respective production schedule in order to ensure smooth daily operations in the designated section
• Produce and maintain the quality of production and on-time delivery of products with minimal material loss.
• Review work procedures and recommend any corrective measures, solutions, improvements whenever necessary
• Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs with QA department
• Monitor, track inventory levels and implement inventory control systems to ensure monthly stock take accuracy, and make sure stock availability at all times.
• Ensure the hygiene standards of the designated section in compliance with all in-house and Food Hygiene related laws and regulations of the Singapore Food Agency (SFA).
• Manage manpower planning to ensure smooth daily production
• Reports equipment maintenance and any workplace safety related concerns
