MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of experience managing a team of diverse employees, preferably a non-exempt workforce
  • A proven track record for managing and developing a high performing team in a metrics-based environment

As an Assistant Production Manager, Photography, you will play a part in driving business operations forward by overseeing the development and productivity of the Photography team. You will be responsible for the day to day operations of the photo studio, the consignor and customer experience, and If you are a people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced, production-driven, team environment, this could be the perfect match!

WHAT YOU GET TO DO EVERY DAY

  • Create and populate teams and individuals productivity trackers
  • Maintain teams master tracker
  • Complete department payroll
  • Track team’s attendance and scheduling
  • Maintain positive team culture
  • Attend all photography production meetings
  • Assist with communicating necessary disciplinary measures
  • Assist with onboarding new hires
  • Maintain and produce positive influences on team culture
  • Facilitate trainings and production meetings on a weekly basis
  • Build monthly individual trackers
  • Oversee master employee logs
