Terry Wilkie Smash Repairs is a respected family business which has been operating in Toowoomba since 1965, and we have achieved this through our commitment to quality workmanship and attentive customer service.
This position has been created to assist our Production Manager in ensuring work contracts are kept on schedule, that all work has been performed in accordance with the job card and vehicle manufacturers standards, and completed in the designated timeframe and delivered to the customer with high quality repairs.

EXPERIENCE SHOULD INCLUDE

• Trade background in either in panel or paint (or both)
• Understanding the importance of good communication skills and be able to liaise with customers and insurance representatives in a courteous, professional manner – both in person and via telephone discussion
