Job Description To trouble shoot machine, do maintenance, and repair work, plant improvement and 5S project To work all departments in the factory (loading, packing, wrapping & re-work) Have a good working attitude Able to oversee shift (production), production output achieves, safety target achieved and plan well Housekeeping of the plant a. Main Tasks Overseeing and supervising a shift To do plant maintenance and plant machine trouble shooting Operating the plant machine SW409, SW410 & general waste knowledge and handling To plan and control raw materials & packaging material Can co-operate with superiors, teamwork with others and achieved target given. b. Others Any other tasks are assigned from time to time. c. Security Maintain Sika information with appropriate secrecy and adhere to policies regarding confidential information. Always maintain confidentiality of formulation. Qualifications Minimum SPM Additional Information Minimum 5 years’ experience and above. Able to work independently Able to understand and read simple English or Bahasa Malaysia
