About the role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Production Supervisor to support our production team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring efficient manufacturing operations by assisting the Production Supervisor in overseeing daily activities, managing resources, and maintaining quality standards. The role main accountabilities will be the following: Support the Production Supervisor in managing daily production operations to achieve production targets. Assist in planning and coordinating production schedules and allocations of resources. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Maintain production records and assist in reporting operational metrics. Provide guidance to production staff as needed. Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry. Basic understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with production management software is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
