POSITION SUMMARY:
When ethics meets action, policy meets purpose, and medicine meets community — real transformation happens. At Roseman University College of Medicine, we’re building a new kind of medical education rooted in equity, innovation, and local impact — and we’re seeking a dynamic educator to help lead the way.
As Assistant Professor of Community Bioethics & Policy, you’ll play a central role in designing and delivering a 21st-century MD curriculum that weaves together bioethics, health justice, and public policy across all four years of medical training. This is a unique opportunity to shape not only how future physicians think, but how they serve — with integrity, humility, and a deep connection to the communities around them.
This role blends teaching, scholarship, and community engagement. You’ll guide students through real-world ethical challenges, collaborate on case- and problem-based learning, contribute to educational research, and co-create a community ethics committee in partnership with local organizations. If you believe that medical education should drive social change, this is a place where your values and your vocation align.
