Prepare and deliver engaging lectures, seminars, tutorials and other scheduled teaching in Accounting and Finance-related subjects.
Support students in their academic learning and provide appropriate guidance, tutoring and consultation.
Lead modules where allocated, including planning delivery, preparing learning materials and coordinating module activities.
Develop, set, mark and moderate assessments at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in line with University requirements.
Provide timely, constructive feedback and maintain accurate academic and assessment records.
Contribute to the development and review of modules, curriculum content and the wider Accounting and Finance subject area.
Participate fully in University and Faculty quality assurance processes and comply with relevant academic policies and procedures.
Support programme teams with course reports, programme and assessment boards, student recruitment, enrolment, induction and Faculty events as required.
Engage with relevant industry and professional practice to support curriculum relevance and student employability.
Contribute to appropriate scholarly activity and maintain current subject and professional knowledge.
Work collegiately with academic and professional-services colleagues and undertake other duties appropriate to the level of the role.
