Demonstrate knowledge of crisis communication planning methodologies and response scenarios, and train students through practical applications and simulations based on real-world local and regional cases.
Monitor and analyze media discourse and social media content during crises, and utilize digital analytics tools to measure impact and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies.
Assess and monitor students’ academic progress and provide appropriate feedback to improve their performance and support their academic and professional success.
Contribute effectively to curriculum
