Preferred Qualification

At least five years of postdoctoral research experience, or a minimum of two years of experience as an Assistant Professor following completion of a PhD, with a strong publication record in reputable international journals and evidence of, or strong potential for, securing research funding. Experience in supervising undergraduate and/or graduate students is required, as well as familiarity with modern teaching modalities, such as problem-based and team-based learning (PBL/TBL) or flipped classrooms. Candidates should demonstrate the use of technology-enhanced teaching methods and effective student assessment strategies. Expertise in biostatistics, data analysis, or research methodologies is considered an advantage.
