REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A PhD in Business Management or a master’s degree with a specialization in V Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Business Operations, or closely related fields.
  • A minimum of 3 years of teaching or academic experience in a business school or higher education institution.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multicultural academic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Instruction
  • Deliver undergraduate and/or graduate-level courses in management or related areas (e.g., organizational behaviour, strategic management, Marketing Tourism & hotel management).
  • Develop and revise course syllabi, materials, assignments, and assessments.
  • Use effective and innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning.
  • Supervise student projects, theses, or dissertations.
  • Provide academic advising and mentoring to students.
  • Research and Scholarly Activity
  • Conduct original research in the field of management and publish in peer-reviewed academic journals.
  • Present research findings at national and international conferences.
  • Seek external research funding through grants or industry partnerships.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary or collaborative research activities.
  • Service to the University and Profession
  • Serve on departmental, college, or university committees.
  • Participate in curriculum development and academic planning.
  • Contribute to faculty recruitment, mentoring junior faculty, and accreditation processes.
