WVU Tech is currently inviting applications for the following employment opportunity: The Department of Mathematics in the School of Arts and Sciences invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor starting January 5, 2026. This is a 9-month, full-time position with full benefits. The successful candidate will teach 12 contact hours per semester, including mathematics courses for engineering students and general education requirements. In addition, the successful candidate will pursue scholarly activities, serve on committees, and engage in outreach activities.
