Assistant Professor of Nursing - Tenure Track - Spring 2026

UMA’s Nursing Program invites applications for a full-time, academic year, tenure-track Assistant Professor of Nursing position. UMA has a holistic RN-BSN program that has AHNCC endorsement and is admitting students to the pre-licensure option concept-based curriculum which emphasizes caring science. We seek candidates who demonstrate:

• Expertise in evidence-based best practices in teaching nursing
• A passion for nursing and teaching
• A commitment to supporting diversity and student success
• A desire to join and collaborate with program faculty to implement these practices.
