The Department of Radiology offers a comprehensive range of highly sophisticated imaging tests and procedures that are conducted in a welcoming environment that focuses on quality and patient comfort. The diagnostic services are supported by advanced, state-of-the-art technologies like 3T MRI, 640 slice CT, Mammography, Bone density, Nuclear Imaging (both diagnostic and therapeutic), PET/CT Imaging with an in-house cyclotron facility, Interventional services, general x-rays, etc. The department is dedicated to patient services and imaging excellence through highest professional and technological standards. The department maintains state-of-the-art technology imaging services to provide our physicians and patients with the most accurate, timely and informative results. Responsibilities: You will have an independent consultant status for patient care and undertake undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, research and specified administrative activities including strategic leadership and clinical advancement of the Radiology department. Expertise and experience in Interventional radiological procedures is required. Additional expertise in women's imaging and/or body imaging is required. You will also be expected to provide services in general radiology, ultrasound, CT, and MRI, as well as emergency coverage, including availability during off-hours and nights. In addition to main campus, you may be asked to serve in Clifton Medical Services and/or secondary hospital, on need basis. Requirements: You must have completed a structured postgraduate training program and possess FCPS, FRCR, American Boards or equivalent qualification. Fellowship in Women Imaging and or body imaging will be an advantage. Applicants should have at least five years of experience in a reputable institution. In addition, you should have demonstrated scholarship through research, publications and/or contribution to education. Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted.

Responsibilities

The role involves providing independent consultant-level patient care and performing interventional, women's, and body imaging procedures. Additionally, the position entails undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, research, and strategic leadership within the Radiology department.
