FOR THE POST OF ASSISTANT PROFESSOR Essential: 1. Ph.D. with a minimum of 55% in Master’s Degree in Business Management / Administration / in a relevant discipline. 2. Consistently good academic record with First Class (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) Masters Degree in Business Management / Administration / in a relevant management related discipline or first class in two years full time PGDM programme from an institute accredited by the AICTE / UGC. 3. Candidates with a minimum of two years experience of teaching excluding the period spent for obtaining the research degree will be preferred. 4. Minimum 2 SCI Publications in refereed journals. Desirable: 1. Teaching, research, industrial and / or professional experience in a reputed organization. 2. Papers presented at conferences, published work such as research papers, books or technical reports published in referred journals, patents filed / obtained. OR In the event the candidate is from industry, the following requirements shall constitute as essential requirements: Essential: 1. Consistently good academic record with First Class (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) Masters Degree in Business Management / Administration / in a relevant management related discipline or first class in two year full time PGDM programme from an institute accredited by the AICTE / UGC. A minimum of ten years of professional work experience at managerial level in the field of pharma.

Responsibilities

The Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching and conducting research in Finance and Accounting. The role may also involve engaging with industry and presenting research findings at conferences.
