JOB DESCRIPTION

Assistant Professor (Practice Track)
The Alice Lee Centre for Nursing Studies (NUS Nursing) invites interested applicants who are Advanced Practice Nurses to apply for the position of Assistant Professor (Practice Track). Assistant Professors on the Practice Track should contribute towards the educational mission of the University through teaching, in addition to their contributions in their nursing practice.

QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate must have a Bachelor Degree in Nursing and a Master of Nursing (MN) qualification. They must have at least 3 years of relevant practice experience as an APN.
Terms of Appointment
This is a non-tenurable track and the candidate will be appointed on a first contract of up to three years, with renewal contract(s) of up to five years in total, subject to performance of the faculty member and needs of the hiring unit. They will have to apply and get promoted to Associate Professor (Practice) within a period of eight years.
