Overview Assistant Program Director I - Children's Congregate Care Seven Hills Pediatric Center, an Affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation Seven Hills Pediatric Center is seeking a compassionate and experienced Assistant Program Director to support the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed care for emotionally and behaviorally challenged children and adolescents. In this leadership role, you’ll provide both clinical and administrative oversight to ensure that each child receives person-centered, culturally responsive support within a safe and engaging environment. Vacation Cash-Out Option 3 Paid Personal Days 11 Paid Holidays Accrued Paid Sick Time Responsibilities Oversee intake, assessment, treatment planning, and service delivery for all children in the program. Provide leadership in program planning, evaluation, and implementation of daily activities. Maintain compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards. Supervise and support clinical and direct care staff, interns, and volunteers. Monitor safety, licensing, and physical site maintenance to ensure optimal living conditions for residents. Manage program census, staffing ratios, and budget expectations in partnership with the Program Director. Act as liaison with families, state agencies, community providers, and regulatory bodies. Contribute to the Quality Management Team and help standardize care across affiliated programs. Qualifications Education & Experience: Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field (required). LICSW or LMHC preferred. 5–10 years of experience in human services, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Skills and Knowledge: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage diverse teams and develop staff. Experience working with children and adolescents in congregate care or similar settings. Valid driver’s license required.
