This role serves as an important bridge between direct care staff and program leadership by ensuring high-quality, person-centered services, regulatory compliance, and effective team coordination. Under the direction of the Program Manager, the Assistant Program Manager is responsible for providing hands-on leadership, staff guidance, and administrative support while helping to ensure that individuals supported receive care that promotes dignity, independence, and community inclusion in accordance with all state, federal, and agency requirements.
