Responsibilities

THE ROLE

Assistant Program Manager – Enterprise Efficiency Specialists (EES) will support the Program Management team within the EES team in executing key, cross functional enterprise efficiency projects.
The aPM will support analysis of existing process improvement opportunities, identifying & developing new processes where appropriate and the ongoing execution in conjunction with key stakeholders across the Enterprise.

WHAT YOU’LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)

Ensure that all business deliverables are identified and accounted for in the project plan with responsibility and due dates.

  • Support the EES Program Management leads by providing subject matter expertise to support the specific EES workstreams in collaboration with the relevant business function
  • Manage the identification, documentation, and traceability of business requirements
  • Coordinate the input and approval of various project design and decision documents
  • Continuously monitor and report on project status
  • Prepare presentations for various levels of leadership
  • Facilitate & lead cross functional team discussions supporting business partners incl. process reviews, brainstorming sessions and hand off activities
  • Align cross-functional business and technical teams to help ensure alignment of goals and to help resolve conflicting priorities.
  • Developing tracking scorecards, metrics & milestones to illustrate status and ownership.
  • Assist EES Workstream Leaders in managing multiple efforts simultaneously across a broad range of functions, business and organizational units
