MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT As Operations Manager, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of Integrated Undersea Surveillance Support (IUSS) at Intergrated Operations Support Center (IOSC). You will play a crucial role in building a growing team and providing direct support to the customer. ● Lead/Manage/Support- Provides technical, administrative, and operational leadership to assigned projects or task(s), including contract and subcontractor management. Participates in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, schedules and task order and administrative reporting . ● Collaborate with team daily to provide both technical and administrative support to complete the mission. ● Drive key outcomes to help the team innovate and resolve challenges, etc.*** ● Utilize IOSC and Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic policies and procedures to complete overall mission. The likely salary range for this position is $136,000 - $184,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
