Join HealthFitness as an Assistant Program Manager and play a key role in supporting our client site in downtown Washington, D.C. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow professionally and gain valuable industry experience in the health and fitness sector. In this role, you will contribute to all management, operations, technical and administrative functions of an onsite health and fitness program. You will oversee day to day operations and routinely serves as Manager on Duty. You may assist with development of the annual budget, strategic business plan, and various administrative duties and reporting.
40 Hours/week
M-F - combination of opening, midday and closing shifts between the hours of 6a-9p

Minimum Requirements
Compensation: $19- $23/Hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications. Additional commission opportunities may be available for someone with an industry recognized and HealthFitness approved Personal Trainer certification.
