What You’ll Do · Support the Program Manager with daily operations · Supervise and coach staff, ensuring proper training and coverage · Oversee recreational activities, household management, and budgeting · Ensure services follow each individual’s care plan and DDS regulations · Maintain compliance through documentation, audits, and quality checks · Provide hands-on support as needed · Participate in the on-call rotation for program support Requirements What We’re Looking For · High school diploma (Associate’s degree preferred) · At least 1 year of experience supporting people with disabilities · Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle · Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry) · Compassion, patience, flexibility, and sound judgment · Ability to lift up to 50 pounds · Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays About The Kennedy Collective For 75 years, The Kennedy Collective has been creating opportunities and inclusion for people with disabilities across Connecticut.
