We’re looking for an Assistant Project Analyst to support our project managers and help drive the successful delivery of client engagements across a diverse portfolio. As an Assistant Project Analyst, you will play a key role in day‑to‑day project operations, including: ✅ Project Coordination & Delivery Support project managers throughout the full project lifecycle—planning, onboarding fee calculations, scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, and status updates. Track project progress, monitor key milestones, and ensure the timely completion of tasks such as OTL, billing, procurement, and collection in line with contract terms. ✅ Contract & Documentation Management Coordinate client and internal contracts from initiation to renewal, including amendments and accurate document control. ✅ Reporting & Analysis Prepare and refine weekly, monthly, and ad‑hoc project reports to support decision‑making. Compile financial and operational data to help drive project value and performance accountability. ✅ Cross‑Functional Collaboration Liaise with internal teams—including finance, operations, and business development—to support proposal follow‑ups, forecasting, backlog management, and operational continuity. Participate in project meetings, ensuring alignment across departments. ✅ Special Projects Support ad‑hoc assignments and initiatives as needed to enhance operational efficiency and project success. Qualifications We’re looking for someone who demonstrates both analytical ability and a proactive mindset. Success in this role requires: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field Entry level experience in project coordination, analytics, or a similar role (professional services/consulting/construction experience a strong plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas) Experience with project management, ERP, or CRM systems Strong communication skills in English (Cantonese/Mandarin a plus) High attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and the ability to interpret financial/operational data A positive, proactive attitude, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Business Line: Energy and Sustainable Cities Type of contract: Permanent contract Service Line: Facade and Sustainibility Region: Asia Pacific Job Family: Project Planning
