JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an Assistant Project Coordinator to join our team at Ardmore Roderick. As an Assistant Project Coordinator, you join a team of infrastructure solutions experts working to solve our client’s ever-evolving project needs. This opportunity will be in our Chicago office location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers with proposals by typing up contract proposals, gathering required documentation and assembling booklets in a timely fashion
  • Preparation for meetings, conferences and training including scheduling, preparing handouts and administrative responsibilities coordinating any required lunches and/or travel
  • Assist with project billing and document control, working closely with internal teams such as accounting and other associated departments to ensure required documentation is accurate and complete
  • Track project deliverables which include setting up and maintaining files including data entry for various projects for full compliance working with systems such as Deltek, Newforma, Procore etc
  • Provide administrative support to internal business units (Administration, HR, Marketing) as needed including ordering and stocking supplies as well as phone coverage and front desk support
  • Help coordinate and facilitate internal events, training sessions and team communication distribution as needed

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of two years of administrative support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in Adobe InDesign
  • Experience in construction, engineering or infrastructure field

Salary Range: $59,966-69,971, Ardmore Roderick is providing the compensation range that the company believes it might pay and/or offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
