We are seeking a highly motivated Electrical Project Engineer Level 1 to join our growing commercial, and industrial team. Candidates must be teachable and willing to learn. The Project Engineer (PE) position is an important position at HEI that consists of four different levels of ability:
The Project Engineer works as a part of HEI’s Operations Execution Team (OET) but also support HEI’s Field Execution Team (FET).
The following are the 7 required areas of mastery in OET and FET. Each team can have unique components. A Project Engineer’s ability in each of these areas are a basis for the level an engineer may achieve. A level 1 PE will be capable of assisting a PM in developing in all 7 areas. Level 2 PE will be capable of some independent development in all 7 areas. Level 3 PE will lead in developing with PM’s support in all 7 areas. A level 4 PE will manage and implement efficiently in all 7 areas and will operate as a junior PM.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Education: High School diploma, Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Project Management, or Business Management preferred.
Experience: 1 year of project experience with construction or electrical focus
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Ability to learn and navigate in Spectrum and Excel. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to use mobile devices efficiently.
