POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Program Manager (APM) to support our AAL programs. This role works closely with the Program Manager to oversee project execution, coordinate with Army stakeholders, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure compliance with DoD/Army standards. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments where innovation meets defense mission needs.

• Support planning and execution of Army Applications Lab projects, including schedules, deliverables, risk management, and reporting.
• Coordinate across government, vendor, and internal technical teams to ensure milestones are met.
• Assist with budget tracking, contract deliverables, and invoice validation.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and decision materials for Army and corporate leadership.
• Maintain dashboards, trackers, and risk registers in project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or MS Project).
• Ensure compliance with security, acquisition, and cyber requirements (including supporting ATO processes).
• Contribute to transition planning for prototypes and hand-off to operational units.
