JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project management efforts within the construction sector. This position requires a strong understanding of construction management principles, project scheduling, and coordination. The Associate Project Manager will work closely with project teams to ensure successful project execution from inception to completion.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in project management or coordination within the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with construction estimating practices and tools such as Bluebeam.
  • Strong knowledge of project scheduling techniques and software (e.g., Primavera).
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience reading blueprints and schematics is essential.
  • Understanding of contracts related to construction projects.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse stakeholders.
