As our industry continues to develop, so do we! We are now looking for an Assistant Project Manager to help deliver projects in accordance with Cadeler’s PMM. What will you do? As our new Assistant Project Manager, you will track project performance and evaluate it against contractual requirements while ensuring projects are executed in a safe and professional manner. You will also identify, assess, and manage potential risks to support successful project delivery. Your main tasks include: Inclusion of a safety mindset in projects from planning to execution phases Participate, or potentially lead, internal and external project meetings. Project HSE, Quality, Budget, Schedule, and Client Satisfaction. Internal and external stakeholder management. Review and monitor the project DPR and highlight/action any contractual disagreements. Coordinate with other Cadeler departments, where applicable. We think you will be a good match if you: A BSc or MSc in engineering or equivalent degree Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience, preferably in Offshore wind English fluency, both written and spoken Excellent competencies in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Come work with us!
