POSITION OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support multiple active commercial construction projects across New Jersey. If you have an engineering or construction background and are ready to grow into a full Project Manager role, this is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop under the mentorship of industry leaders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 1–3+ years of experience in construction, engineering, or project support (commercial construction preferred)
  • Familiarity with construction documents, estimating, and scheduling tools
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or MS Project is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
