Role accountabilities: Operate within established standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support the production of project outputs and schedules, ensuring management has access to accurate and up-to-date project information. Independently collate, interpret, and analyse project data and trends to prepare documents such as project plans and schedules, and develop recommendations to inform senior colleagues’ decision-making Proactively monitor and evaluate project management processes, identifying opportunities and providing advice to improve existing systems and practices. Complete complex, professional-level tasks as requested, effectively prioritising workload and interpreting established policies to support project management functions. Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide specialist advisory support on operational project queries, ensuring alignment between policy and operational practice. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of project management principles and SOPs, applying extensive experience to mentor, coach, and guide others effectively. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline Relevant business experience, including experience supporting large and complex projects Good written and oral communication skills, including the ability to liaise with peers and immediate seniors and build relationships.
