We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our Sydney-based Project Delivery Services team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build their project management career while contributing to a variety of exciting projects. You’ll support senior project leaders across all stages of delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.What You’ll Do

  • Assist with project delivery across scope definition, design, tendering, construction, commissioning, and handover.
  • Support financial management including cost plans, progress claims, and variation control.
  • Help coordinate contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
  • Prepare reports on project progress, safety, financials, and KPIs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and delivery partners.

What You Bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, or Construction Management (essential).
  • Experience in a graduate/assistant project management, engineering, or construction role.
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Desire to grow and develop within the project management profession.
