Responsibilities

As an Assistant Project Manager, you’ll support large-scale programs and take ownership of smaller capital projects, typically over $10M. You’ll be part of a close-knit team that leads clients through every project stage, from vision to completion.

You’ll:

  • Support Project Managers or Senior PMs on complex programs while managing smaller assignments independently.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, keeping them informed, engaged, and aligned on schedule, budget, and quality goals.
  • Develop project deliverables tailored to each client’s needs, including reports, presentations, budgets, and timelines.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners (architects, engineers, builders, and consultants).
  • Oversee day-to-day project activities and ensure all deliverables are on time and error-free.
  • Participate in B&D’s professional development opportunities, growing your expertise across multiple project types.
  • Contribute to business development—writing thought pieces, attending conferences, and helping build client relationships.
