Job Description & Requirements

Responsible for the project quality and safety plan

  • Monitoring the sub-contractor schedules
  • Ensure company ISO and OHSAS requirements are fully implemented on projects
  • Updating and alerting Project Manager on delays and suggesting ways to expedite progress and catch up on delays
  • Scheduling programs and weekly/monthly basis updates
  • Perform schedule monitoring and updating on construction schedules preparation of periodic progress reports with commitments and forecast
  • Monitor project compliance with project management standard policies, procedures and templates through project audits

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Possess relevant experience in managing Singapore construction projects (LTA/MRT)
  • Ability to manage schedule or planning on building works
  • Profession in building projects
  • At least 5 years of experience in LTA / MRT projects
  • Must be literate in English and have experience using computer software, and Microsoft office such as Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint etc.
