Salary: $75,000–$115,000 per year + Year-End Bonus

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial or municipal construction with the ability to manage multiple projects at once (masonry/concrete preferred)
  • Strong skills in reading and interpreting construction documents and specifications
  • Familiarity with union labor and prevailing wage work is a plus
  • AutoCAD experience is a bonus
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Effective communicator, both written and verbal
  • Associate’s degree preferred

Responsibilities
  • Review architectural and engineering drawings to define scope and material needs
  • Issue RFIs and communicate with clients, architects, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Attend meetings, walkthroughs, and site visits to assess logistics and progress
  • Maintain project documentation including logs, daily reports, and site photos
  • Assist in procuring materials and managing project submittals across multiple jobs
  • Coordinate project communications and schedules with internal teams
  • Provide ongoing support to Project Managers to ensure execution is timely and accurate
