POSITION OVERVIEW

The Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Manager and leadership team in the planning, coordination, and execution of residential construction projects. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to company quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced construction environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–3 years of construction or project coordination experience.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with project management software, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
