As our new APM, you’ll be the linchpin connecting our diverse departments and market sectors. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of a wide range of projects, from desktop studies to field expeditions across the globe. Here’s what your exciting day-to-day might look like:

• Collaborate with Project Managers to track project status, deliverables, and financials
• Liaise between accounting, operations, science, and other departments to streamline project workflows
• Utilize cutting-edge Enterprise Resource Planning tools to maintain real-time project updates
• Manage equipment logistics, including purchasing, leasing, shipping, and maintenance
• Contribute to proposal efforts and maintain positive client relationships
• Ensure adherence to our high standards of science, quality, and safety.
