Job Title Assistant Project Manager Job Description Summary This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction projects to ensure timely delivery, effective resource utilization, and adherence to quality standards. The Assistant Project Manager works closely with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to manage project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure seamless execution across all phases of the project lifecycle, including civil and MEP works. Job Description About the Role: • Develop and manage detailed project schedules at macro and micro levels, including overall program, tender timelines, and trade-wise activities. • Monitor and track master construction schedules, identify delays, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely project delivery. • Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and stakeholders for approvals, documentation, and smooth execution of civil and MEP works. • Manage design coordination, RFIs, shop drawings, and contract documentation processes effectively. • Anticipate project risks and challenges in advance, analyze manpower and material gaps, and propose mitigation strategies. • Prepare and circulate project reports, MOMs, material schedules, and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders. • Track procurement and scheduling of long-lead materials and equipment in line with project timelines. • Support end-to-end project lifecycle management from planning through execution to final handover. About You: • B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Architecture/Mechanical/Electrical/MEP with minimum 5+ years of experience in construction project execution, planning, or coordination. • Proficiency in project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6/MS Project and strong command over MS Office (especially PowerPoint). • Strong understanding of construction lifecycle including civil and MEP works. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills. • Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
