Job Title Assistant Project Manager Job Description Summary This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction projects to ensure timely execution, optimal resource utilization, and adherence to quality standards. The Assistant Project Manager works closely with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to manage project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure effective coordination across all phases of the project lifecycle, including civil and MEP works. Job Description About the Role: • Develop and manage project schedules at macro and micro levels, including overall program, tender schedules, and trade-wise sequencing. • Monitor master construction schedules and track progress against planned timelines, identifying delays and implementing corrective actions. • Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely approvals, documentation, and seamless execution of civil & MEP works. • Anticipate project risks and challenges in advance, analyze resource gaps (material & manpower), and recommend proactive solutions. • Prepare and circulate project reports, MOMs, material schedules, and ensure effective stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle. • Manage design coordination, submittals, and contract documentation including RFIs, shop drawings, and technical clarifications. • Track procurement of long-lead materials and equipment, ensuring alignment with project timelines. • Support end-to-end project lifecycle management from planning to execution and final handover.
