Department: Development and Alumni Office Job Posting Details Reporting to the Senior Manager (Development), the appointee will assist in managing the donor database and supporting fundraising efforts for the University’s Development and Alumni Office. The responsibilities include: Collaborating with various schools and departments to gather relevant data and help develop and maintain a comprehensive donor database. Assisting in identifying prospective donors from internal and external open sources. Generating reports and dashboards to support fundraising activities. Preparing fundraising proposals, meeting minutes, and other documentation as needed. Supporting fundraising initiatives led by the Director of Development and Alumni. Requirements: Applicants should have a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of work experience, preferably in marketing, public relations, philanthropy, or communications. Strong data management and communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and analytical, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Applicants should also possess strong writing skills in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua. Experience in community engagement and fundraising project management is highly preferred. (Duration: 2 years, subject to performance review and availability of funding.) Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.
