Job Description Sizewell C. The power of good for Britain. Location: Sizewell C (hybrid working arrangements). Employment type: Permanent full-time. Employment basis: The role is expected to be a full- time position however we are open to discussing a more flexible or part- time approach where possible. The project has started construction and is now seeking private investment. When completed, it will provide dependable electricity to 6 million homes for 60 years, which along with renewables, will support Britain to achieve Net Zero by 2050. We provide a full suite of IT equipment to ensure that our employees can work from home comfortably and effectively. We have a fantastic opportunity for Assistant Project Manager (Digital & IT). The Role As a Assistant Project Manager, you’ll work as part of the Digital team to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of a wide range of IT and digital initiatives. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that digital systems, platforms, and tools are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with the project's broader objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to work on one of the most complex infrastructure projects in Europe, where digital transformation is critical to success. The Skills A degree (or equivalent experience) in IT, Business, Project Management, or a related field (desirable) Strong understanding of project management principles (e.g. PRINCE2, APM,) Excellent organisational and communication skills Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g. MS Project, SharePoint) Experience in a major infrastructure, construction, or regulated industry (desirable) If the above sounds like you, then we’d love to hear from you!
