Job Description We’re looking for an experienced and driven Assistant Project Manager to join our high-performing Urban Development team on the Brisbane. In this role, you’ll support with the delivery of land subdivision / greenfield / masterplanning projects, coordinating diverse tasks, working across multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring exceptional outcomes for our clients. Key responsibilities: Support Project Managers in the planning, coordination, and delivery of urban development projects. Assist with program, budget, and risk tracking across multiple project stages. Act as superintendent during construction. Assist with preparing bids, proposals, tenders and contract documentation in line with Australian Standards. Assisting with authority approvals and construction-phase activities, including site inspections and civil works superintendency. Liaise with clients, councils, authorities, and internal stakeholders as required. Qualifications Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Planning, or a related discipline Contract Admin experience desired 2+ years’ experience in urban development, civil construction, engineering consultancy, or a related field Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Confident communicator with a collaborative, professional approach Understanding of land development processes, design coordination, and construction fundamentals Additional Information Egis is committed to creating an inclusive, creative culture that embraces diversity and flexibility.
