CLPe Solutions Limited (formerly CLP Engineering Limited), incorporated in Hong Kong in 1985, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CLP Holdings Limited with extensive experience in providing total energy solution. The company undertakes a variety of services including energy management solutions, distributed energy as well as power engineering, infrastructure and facilities management in Hong Kong and Mainland China with the focus on the Greater Bay Area (GBA).  We are looking for an energetic and dedicated candidate to join CLPe Solutions Limited. The appointee will be responsible for the following duties: * Ensure effective project management of site activities including supervision of subcontractors, material and resources planning and utilization  * Coordinate with clients, Government officials and developers to plan, schedule, submission, material forecasting and set up proper procedures and precautions to meet the Company’s requirements and Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) standards  * Liaise with suppliers / contractors on tendering, budgeting, site work coordination, claims & disputes negotiation and resolution  * Coordinate with clients and contractors in preparing works permits, site measurement work and quotations, and follow up other site work activities * Implement and monitor the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) Systems to meet project and statutory requirements * Provide training and development for subordinates * Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements: * A recognized University degree in relevant engineering disciplines, major in computer, electronics, electrical or mechanical systems   * A minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience in electrical, electronic, BSE or Mechanical is required  * Sound knowledge of contractor management, interfacing with contractors and managing site activities in multi-discipline infrastructure projects * Strong business acumen, customer-oriented and performance driven * Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills * Possession of Construction Industry Safety Card and  * Possession of a valid driving license is preferred  * Candidates with less experience will be considered for lower position
Responsibilities
The appointee will manage site activities, including subcontractor supervision, resource planning, and coordination with clients and government officials. They are also responsible for implementing SHEQ systems and managing tendering, budgeting, and dispute resolution.
