Here at Electricity Asset Services (EAS), we are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Project Managerto join our family run business. This role will be based at our head office in Lochgelly or Larbert working 45 hours per week.

WHO WE ARE

EAS specialise in procurement, design, management and execution of all works associated with High and Low voltage underground electricity networks on behalf of major framework contractors and Distribution Network Operators (DNO’s).
We have over 40 years combined experience specific to our services offered such as HV/LV cable jointing and terminating, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, 24 hours emergency call out, project management and more. Our purpose is to positively contribute to the electrical industry- providing value to our clients, customer and our people.

Responsibilities

PURPOSE

As Assistant Project Manager, you’ll support the successful delivery of essential infrastructure projects — helping to plan, coordinate, and monitor works from start to finish. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in project coordination, administration, or site support who’s ready to take the next step into a hands-on project management role.
You’ll be joining a supportive and forward-thinking team delivering work that matters: keeping people connected, safe, and supplied.

OVERVIEW OF MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Support Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and daily coordination of projects
· Monitor project progress and assist with reporting on key milestones and deliverables
· Maintain accurate project documentation, registers, and logs
· Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments to keep work on track
· Support compliance with health and safety, quality, and regulatory standards
· Attend site visits, project meetings, and audits as required
· Help ensure that all works are delivered on time, within scope, and to budget
· Any other duties as reasonably required
