Position Summary: The Assistant Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of projects by managing schedules, vendors, materials, and reporting. This role ensures projects stay on track, resources are delivered on time, and performance metrics are consistently monitored.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Conduct daily and weekly schedule reviews to maintain alignment with project timelines.
  • Maintain and update project management sheets with current information to ensure accurate tracking.
  • Create, analyze, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor project efficiency.
  • Coordinate timely material deliveries to job sites as required.
  • Oversee cleaner scheduling to ensure site readiness, safety, and compliance standards.
