Responsibilities
  • Assistant: work to assist the construction manager in his day to day tasks.
  • Sales: Secures orders from customers. Assists in managing transaction from sale through completion of install.
  • Training: Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications
  • Estimates: Builds estimates by referring to price lists and product literature
  • Lead Tracking: Keeps management informed by submitting estimates, sold jobs, and weekly report
  • Customer Relations: Work with builders and customers to solve problems and offer solutions. Focusing on customer service.
  • Brainstorming: Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results
  • Customer Complaint Resolution: Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management.
  • Servant Minded: Work in all facets needed to assist in accomplishing what needs done.
